How Do I Place An Order?

Order HERE online, or by email, or you can even text us. If you are local we are happy to have you pick up your hat(s) and save you the shipping fee. Follow the steps at checkout and look for the shipping option: Local Porch Pickup as well as the offline cash and Venmo payment options. Please see below for shipping prices. You may email us your custom logo or design to PasoRoblesMom@yahoo.com. We love making custom hats. Let us help you get creative!

Do you make custom hats?

Yes. We can create almost anything for both male and female infants, children, teens and adults.

Custom orders are welcome and enjoyed. Hats range from $20-$30 based on design and detail. If you are not creative, we have you covered. A great hat can come from a simple one word clue. Let us be creative for you and your loved ones. Hats are timeless and make excellent gifts.

How much are hats?

Hats range from $20-$30 based on design and detail. One thru five custom hats are $25 each, plus tax. Six thru eleven hats of the same design are $20 each, plus tax. Bulk orders are welcome and reflect the dozen or more pricing structure. Wholesale orders require a sellers permit number to be tax exempt.

What sizes and colors are available?

There are multiple hat sizes available. Infant, Youth and Adult (low profile, traditional and flat bill).

Photos of hats in stock can be viewed on the SHOP PAGE under the custom hat design option.

Infant hats are approximately 15-18 inches. Suggested ages are 3 months thru 12 months. Youth hats fit approximately 19-23 inches so typically children 18 months and up. Please contact us with questions. Each hat company tends for fit slightly different. Each head shape and size varies as well. We are happy to help you in selecting the best color and size option for you or your child. The color charts to the right show the various design colors available as well.

How does Payment & Shipping work?

We accept PayPal and credit cards as well as Venmo and Cash. Select the Offline payment method for Venmo or cash.

Payment is due at time of order. Standard shipping for 1-3 hats $7, 4-12 hats $12, 13 and more we will quote shipping rate. Hats ship USPS first class mail or UPS ground. We ship inside the US only. It takes several days to design and create a hat. Delivery time is between 3-4 weeks and based on number and current pending orders. If you need a hat rushed please contact us. Local pick up in North County is available. Save yourself the shipping and when checking out select Local Pickup. Please contact us with any questions.

What are the Return/Refund and other Shop Policies?

Each hat is handmade and custom just for you. Everyone's hat turns out a little different since they are literally designed and created by hand. All hats made by Summer, your "Mad Hatter"/PasoRoblesMom may be listed in the store for sale. No two will be exactly alike. Select your design, hat color and color details and let us make you a special keepsake. Email us with any questions and requests. Texts are welcome.

If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

If a replacement is needed because we messed up we will send you are replacement right away.
