Is FREE local pick up available?
Yes! Under the "Shipping" tab at check out you will see "free local porch pickup" is available at no charge.
How Do I Place An Order?
Order HERE! (Call or text us with questions 805.712.7432.) If you are local, you can pick up your hat(s) and avoid the shipping fee. At checkout, under shipping option, select: Local Porch Pickup.
Offline Venmo payment option is always available too.

Do you make custom hats?
We can create quality head wear for just about anyone... infant, children, teen and adult hats are always in stock.
Custom orders are welcome. Hats range from $20-$30 based on design, detail and hats selected. If you are not creative, we have you covered. A great hat can come from a simple one word clue. Let us be creative for you and your loved ones.
How much are hats?
Hats range from $20-$30 based on design, detail and hat selected.
Most custom hats are $25 plus tax.
One custom Flexfit Snapback is typically $30 plus tax.
Bulk orders & bulk pricing are available.
Wholesale orders require a sellers permit number to be tax exempt.
What sizes and colors are available?
Infant, Youth and Teen/Adult (low profile, traditional and flat bill) hats are available.
Vinyl colors and hat types can be viewed on the CUSTOMIZE page.
Infant hats are approximately 15-18 inches. Suggested ages are 3 months thru 12 months.
Youth hats fit approximately 19-23 inches so typically children 18 months and up.
Each hat company tends for fit slightly different.
We are happy to help you in selecting the best color and size option for you or your child.
How does Payment & Shipping work?
We accept PayPal, credit cards, Apple Pay, check, cash and Venmo. Select the Offline payment method for Venmo.
Payment is due at time of order. Standard shipping for 1-3 hats is $8. Larger orders vary based on zip code and weight of shipment. Hats ship USPS first class mail or UPS ground. We ship inside the US only. It takes several days to design and create a hat. Delivery time is between 1-3 weeks and based on number and current pending orders. If you need a hat rushed please contact us. Local porch pick up is available. Save yourself the shipping fee and select Local Pickup at check out.
What are the Return/Refund and other Shop Policies?
Each hat is handmade and custom just for you. Everyone's hat turns out a little different since they are literally designed and created by hand. No two will be exactly alike. Select your design, hat color and color details and let us make you a special keepsake. Email us with any questions and requests. Texts are welcome.
If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
If a replacement is needed because we messed up we will send you are replacement right away.
